We provide exclusive mobile pet spa experiences directly to your doorstep in the South Bay, including Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell, and San Jose.

To maintain the highest standard of care and ensure punctual, stress-free arrivals for every pet, I operate strictly within my designated service area. My mobile salon relies on a meticulously planned route and schedule, which means I am unable to make geographical exceptions. Additionally, because my business is exclusively mobile and structured to bring the luxury spa experience directly to your doorstep, I do not accommodate client travel to my location. I appreciate your understanding.

To maintain optimal coat health and ensure consistent, low-stress routines for your pup, I prioritize clients who prefer to stay on a regular, recurring wellness schedule (typically every 2, 4 or 6 weeks).
-
My state-of-the-art mobile grooming van is entirely self-contained, operating with its own heated water supply and independent electrical power. All I require is a safe, level place to park near your home or workplace. I never need to plug into your electricity. On the rare occasion that a session requires an extra volume of water, I may simply request a brief connection to your outdoor garden hose to top off my tank to complete the groom.
-
For initial sessions, I require owners to be present to ensure a seamless introduction and establish a comfortable routine for your pup. However, once I have developed a trusted, consistent relationship with you and your pet, I am pleased to offer a convenient latch-key service.
To ensure a smooth and safe transition into my care while you are away, my requirements are secure access to your home and that your dog is safely settled in a designated area prior to my arrival, such as a crate, bathroom, mudroom, or laundry room.
-
My mobile salon is firmly anchored in a low-stress, individualized philosophy, meaning your pup entirely sets the pace of their care. If a dog reaches their emotional or physical threshold and shows signs of severe anxiety or distress, I will safely pause the session rather than push them past their comfort zone. Long-term trust cannot be built on a stressful experience.
In these instances, we will wrap up the session for the day to preserve your pup’s positive association with the salon, and schedule a second appointment to safely finish the groom at a later date. Please note that because our time and dedicated one-on-one attention are fully reserved for your pet, standard fees will apply to both sessions.
-
For the safety and focus of both your pup and myself, I operate a distraction-free environment inside the mobile salon. Dogs typically become highly excited or anxious when their owners are within sight, so they respond best when they can bond one-on-one with me during their spa session.
-
I will assess your pet’s skin issue and determine whether I can try to help or refer you to your vet. While I am not a veterinary clinic and cannot diagnose underlying medical conditions or guarantee specific therapeutic results, I specialize in skin health and deep coat hydration. My mobile spa utilizes a signature practice of frothing high-end, naturally medicated shampoos and conditioners to deeply cleanse and comfort irritated skin. By avoiding harsh products that strip moisture, I protect the natural skin barrier and keep your pup's coat beautifully hydrated and healthy.
I believe the best results come from a collaborative approach, and I warmly welcome the opportunity to partner with your veterinarian to support their care plan if your pup is navigating complex or persistent skin and coat concerns.
-
For humane and safety reasons, I am unable to accommodate dogs with severe or deep matting. Safely removing a severely compacted coat requires an incredibly delicate, high-risk shaving process that can be deeply stressful and physically dangerous for the pet. Because I operate as a dedicated sole practitioner, I strongly believe this procedure is best and most safely undertaken by a veterinary clinic or a larger salon facility with multiple team members who can assist in keeping the pup calm and secure. My primary focus is always on providing a low-stress, health-centered wellness experience.

I accept dogs up to 60 pounds. This is for the comfort and safety of myself and the dog.
